1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Provided
We provide cleaning services as detailed on our website. Specific service descriptions and pricing are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments for services are due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept various forms of payment, which will be specified at the time of billing.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied if an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations must be made by contacting us directly at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid this fee.

5. No Refunds

  • All sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds for services rendered.
  • If payment is not received, we reserve the right to take the following actions:
    • Lien: We may place a lien on your property for any unpaid balances.
    • Collection: We may forward your account to a collection agency or credit bureaus for recovery.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their property and services requested.
  • Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled service time.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Maids on Direct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We are not liable for any damage to property or belongings that may occur during the performance of our services, including but not limited to breakage, staining, or any other forms of damage.
  • Our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maids on Direct, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, U.S.
